Welcome Ceremony for Steven Malone, Ph.D., Psychologist shared by WSU Tri-Cities and Columbia Basin College.

Dr. Malone provides free counseling services to veterans as part of the Veterans Integration to Academic Leadership (VITAL) grant. His services to veterans include:

o management of mood/anger/stress
o insomnia treatment
o support for spouses of veterans
o other services to promote health and success in college

Dr. Malone studied at the University of Pennsylvania, University of Edinburgh in Scotland, St. Louis University, and Virginia Tech; and he worked for the Veteran Administration Medical Center in Portland. In addition, he has experience in both private practice and community mental health.

The brief ceremony will be held at Dr. Malone’s office in West 269K. Light refreshments will be served.
