Time Management I: Time management is really “self-management.” This workshop is designed to help you understand how the brain processes the concept of time. Find out what your personal “relationship” with time is. Address your weaknesses in the area of “time management”, address needs for improvement and learn how to develop more effective “time management” skills.

Note Taking Strategies: Active listening and effective note taking are crucial skills for academic success. Listen to others’ ways of note taking. Learn what the top strategies for note taking are and adjust them to fit your own style. If you did not attend the previous ones this will be your last chance this semester.
