1. Applying for Admission to WSU Tri-Cities

BRIDGES students are encouraged to request an undergraduate  application form that indicates the Coordinated Bachelor's Degree program (BRIDGES)

3. Do I need to request my CBC transcripts before completing the application?

No. After your application (BRIDGES student version) has been received your CBC transcripts will be ordered for you.

4. Do I need to request transcripts from other schools I've attended?

 Yes.

5. Do I need to have all my transcripts before completing my admission application?

No.  However, WSU must receive all required documents before evaluating your admission application.

Running Start Students

1. How do Running Start Students apply for admission to WSU Tri-Cities?

Concurrently graduating from high school and CBC with a transferable degree Running Start students who graduate from high school and with a community college transfer degree concurrently will complete the WSU freshman admissions application and must meet all freshmen criteria (SAT or ACT scores, write a Personal Statement, course requirements, etc.)

Continuing at community college after high school graduation Running Start students who continue taking classes after high school graduation at their community college (fall, winter or spring quarter) will complete the Transfer Student portion of WSU's admission application.

2. Can Running Start students attending Columbia Basin College participate in the BRIDGES program?

Running Start students may participate in BRIDGES / Coordinated Bachelor's Degree Program; however, their WSU Tri-Cities admission process may differ from non-Running Start students.

Preparing to enroll in courses at Washington State University Tri-Cities.

Running Start students graduating with a community college transfer degree may need to take additional courses before beginning coursework at WSU Tri-Cities. You and your WSU academic advisor will work together on your education plan while you are still taking classes at your community college.
