Lori Selby, Ph.D.
Lori Selby became the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration in December 2007, after briefly serving as the interim academic director of the College of Education programs.
She is the chief financial officer of the urban campus and provides leadership on the budget and long-range planning. She also oversees business services, human resource services, major and minor capital planning, facilities operations, risk management, contracts, emergency response planning, and environmental health and safety.
Previously, Lori served as the executive director of administration in the Business and Finance Office at Utah State University. Prior to USU, Lori was director of the Department of Sponsored Programs Services at WSU Pullman.
Lori earned her Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from WSU in 2001, her Master’s in Education from Eastern Washington University in 1990, and her Bachelor’s in Education from Eastern Washington University in 1983. Her 18 years of experience as an educator includes teaching elementary, middle school, high school, and community college classes, plus undergraduate and graduate level courses at a research university.
