Student Health Insurance Information
WSU Tri Cities Students
 

You can sign up for the student health insurance through MyWsu when you register for classes. (When you log in to MyWsu select Finances, then scroll down to the bottom and you will have the option to select Buy Medical Insurance.  If you have any difficulties please contact Mary Bauer or call 372-7228) 

As an undergraduate or graduate without an assistantship, you must be enrolled in a minimum of 7 credits to be eligible for the health insurance. To check if you are eligible click here. For international students, you are automatically enrolled unless you can provide proof of other insurance (please bring a copy of that proof to Rm 269 K). 

The deadline to enroll for Student Health Insurance for Fall 2008 is September 5 ,2008. The deadline to cancel without still owing the premium is September 19 ,2008. The next enrollment period will be for Spring 2009. You can enroll for Fall 2008 when you register for classes or when the next enrollment period begins you will be able to download the enrollment form for students and the enrollment form for spouses/dependants here (not yet available 6-06-08). These forms will need to be faxed to  509.335.1684 or postal mailed to: HWS Billing & Insurance, Washington Building, Rm 100 AA & 100 AB, Pullman, WA 99164-1023.

When the next enrollment period begins you will be able to download the enrollment form for students and the enrollment form for spouses/dependants here. These forms will need to be faxed to
509-335-1472 or postal mailed to: WSU Benefit Services,  PO Box 641023, Pullman, WA 99164-1023.
