The Aroma Wheel
This session is limited to 50 participants.
It is a well known fact that the majority of our ability to perceive flavor comes from our sense of smell; so much so, that the science of smell as it pertains to wine is essential to our understanding and appreciation of wine. In this session attendees will utilize UC Davis Professor Ann Noble’s Aroma Wheel as a guide to understanding and finding fragrance and subsequent taste in their glass of wine.
